Armageddon it

Frontline never ceases to educate and scare the hell out of me. Tuesday’s program, about the Bush administration’s increasing sabre-rattling over Iran, came close to stating that a war against Tehran could unleash another world war.
Don’t believe it? Just ask George W. Bush, who had this to say last week (as reported in Sunday’s New York Times):

Mr. Bush has repeatedly said the administration would not “tolerate” a nuclear-armed Iran. But during a news conference on Wednesday, the president went further, saying of Iran: “If you’re interested in avoiding World War III, it seems like you ought to be interested in preventing them from having the knowledge necessary to make a nuclear weapon.”
